Accelerated Possession Order APO Form

 

 

    Claim form for possession of a property

    YAB staff complete this form to submit court application for possession of a property. It will create 2 applications 1) section 21 court application and 2) Section 8 court application.

    CERTIFICATES and DOCUMENTS:

    Before you can submit a court application for possession you must have all the necessary certificates/documents or the case will be rejected (Tenancy Agreement, Section 21 or 8 Notice, Gas certs, EPC, Deposit Certificate and SL/HMO licence if applies). Ideally save all key certs/docs into shared area so easily available to attach to the form.

    Note: these names should be the same as per the tenancy agreement and section21/8 notices.
