  Really friendly approachable staff. We had a few issues the day before we moved, these issues were dealt with quickly and professionally by YAB. I would definitely recommend them as agents. The only slightly negative feedback i would give is that the weeks before the move i felt as though i had to chase them for updates. I think the agents should probably give a courtesy every few days to update tenants.

  Been working doing virtual tours on behalf of YAB the last 6months, they are a fantastic company to work for as a external contractor.

They are very professional and responsive to emails, all the properties are in good condition, it's refreshing to get in to a property and just be able to get on with it.
