Sell For Free

We take care of everything, we put together a tailored brochure, advertise on web portals (i.e Zoopla), produce the legal pack and place your property in an our auction with an agreed reserve price, and, after 60 days, if the property does not sell you don’t pay anything and we can look at other selling options for you. 

Sell via YAB LTD Estate Agency

This is a more conventional approach to selling your property, where we visit the property to take photos / virtual tour, put together the sales brochure, advertise on main internet portals/office window and negotiate the best deal for you with prospective buyers.  On completion of sale our flat fee is £999 plus VAT and there is nothing else to pay us.
