- Repair Portal – You can access the repair portal 24/7 365 days a week to report any repairs and keep updated regarding progress.
- Personal Data – we protect your personal data and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
- Payment Flexibility – You can pay your rent via BACS or via our payment portal using your PC, mobile or tablet device quickly 24/7 365 days a week.
- Out of Hours Support – If you have an emergency you can contact us on the YAB Emergency Line 27/4 365 days a week (Number Included in your move in pack).
- Deposit Registration – We register all deposits with the government approved scheme.
- Virtual Tours – We have introduced virtual tours to enable you to undertake viewings from the comfort of your home.
- Visit our Office – If you prefer to deal with a friendly face rather than electronically, our office is open 5 days a week between 9am to 4:30pm. No appointment is necessary but please be aware social distancing measures are in place for yours and our staff safety.
- Your Safety – All our properties have enhanced gas safety certificates, electrical safety certificates and Energy Performance certificates (with a minimum of E rating), where applicable.
