Changing Accountants
There are a number of reasons you might want to change accountants for example, poor level of services, high fees or you are just looking for a fresh start. If you are our existing landlord we can provide your information directly to the accountant with minimal input for yourselves for a fast seamless service.
Changing your accountant is simple, how does it work?
• Let us know you want to change;
• We can write to your previous accounts to send us information or you can provide us the information we need;
• We will let HMRC know and request you to authorise us to act on your behalf.

Fees
At YAB we operate on a fixed fee basis for our services so that clients know their fees in advance each year. For example, we have the following fixed fees to complete and submit your HMRC tax returns for :
• 1 property- £50
• 2 properties £100
• 3-5 Properties £150
• Taxi driver £100
• Restaurant / Takeaway Owner £250 (non VAT registered) and £450 (if VAT registered)
